Free Mindfulness Course - Kenfig Hill
Valleys Steps are a charity that deliver free Mindfulness and Stress Control courses across RCT, Merthyr and Bridgend. Our courses are designed to help people manage stress, anxiety and low mood. The courses are open access, so there\'s no need to book in advance, and the courses last six weeks. The courses are psychoeducational, not like group therapy, so don\'t be concerned about speaking in front of the group, our practitioners will do all the talking! This course will be taking place at 1pm on Tuesday 16th April at Talbot Community Centre, CF33 6ED.
